Purchasers: Please note that once the purchaser has paid the 10% deposit the transaction and terms can no longer be altered. The purchaser is also subject to all other fees associated with purchasing a property in Barbados. Visit our buying page for estimated costs associated with purchases.
Sellers: Once you have agreed on a price and have accepted the 10% deposit, you are no longer able to make changes to the sale.
Guests: Please note that bookings are ONLY secured once a deposit is paid. All deposits paid via the credit card machine will incur a 3.5% credit card handling fee. All bank transfer fees must be settled by the guest. The total cost of the booking is charged for each reservation at the time of the booking.
Tenants: Tenant agreement may differ from property to property, kindly see your agreement’s terms and conditions given to you by the Property Manager.
Booking Cancellations: Cancellations made 14 days before arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation penalty. Cancellations made after 14 days to the arrival date have an option to change dates, this is based upon availability. No refunds are granted at this time unless stated otherwise by management.
